What model of Ithaca SxS had the cocking indicators?
And can anyone tell me what model this would be by the s/n A 446790. Thanks, Dave

Dave, That ser.# would make it a 1927, New Ithaca Double (NID),
and the NID had cocking indicators. HTH R Rambler

Dave, HS is correct in the case of your specific gun. However, other Ithacas also had cocking indicators. And the later NIDs did not have them. Expect someone here knows when the change took place, but I have a 1936 NID, and it's the later version without the "snail's ears".
