It is all high elevation pass shooting where the birds are 50~60 yards directly overhead. They do not bother the birds while they are on or around the lake proper, rather waiting for them to leave and then taking them on the way out from a miles's distance ... from the lake, not the range of the shots .. tho at 50~60 yards directly overhead I'm sure it would look like a mile to many.
