I'm certainly no expert but I can tell you that my hammer-less W. Foerster has features and water table markings (including the perron) very similar to your beautiful gun. In particular, the dolls head design, screw and receiver engraving and style and design of the forend are very similar. My gun also has a "Berlin" marking on the receiver and a "J.Ansorg Wurzberg" marking on the top of the rib.
You might want to contact the German Gun Collectors Association as they may be able to assist.
