60 here, could be LALA but won't last. Worked on checkering revolver grips at Christmas but not done. Made a wedge base for an old Pacific single stage press with an inclined ram so I could get my Auto-Prime II ski ramp to work a bit better and put a stop collar on the ram to give it a shorter stroke. Getting ready to make a shot recovery "winnowing" contraption out of PVC buckets. Friend at range Sunday gave me his collection of roll crimpers, nutcracker recappers, powder and shot dippers. Got two 12 ga. and a 10 in the roll crimper, 10 and 12 in the capper, 3 adjustable dippers. Didn't have the deprime punch and block or the fancy "loader" which I guess doesn't do anything that plastic wad fingers and a dowel or ball starter won't do. Promised I'd do a little demo on bp shotshells sometime. Think I'd better buy him at least a lb. of Green Dot also.

Warm here but the dogs are in good shape to finish woodcock season. Saw bbman3 today and talked guns on the roadside. Nothing to do here but to hunt birds and look foreward to crappie fishing. Maybe one day I will get back to work. Peter

Darn battle - I didn't see your post before I left or I would have come by and picked you up.
3-1/2 hours of walking, 2 covey points, 2 single points, 5 down, 5 in the bag.
Best,
Mike

Not quite time for cabin fever in Texas. This is from a couple days ago. Two points going on with one honoring. Great hunt. Amarillo Mike is on the far side. [img] [/img]

Twern't me. I'm behind the camera. But the feller with the O/U is one of the finest shots I've ever been privileged to see in action. (He's a Texan, of course). Mike is also pretty good when he remembers to put shells in his gun.
