OWD it was imported by VL and D and was intended for export as it has "Made in England" stamped on the bottom of the barrels. I think the 2-3/4" chambers are rare in 20 gauges from that era. And it is a pleasure to shoot.

Daryl my degree is in engineering and a debater arguing over what the meaning of "is" is still dumbfounds me. And isn't what I posted always referred to as "Purdey Rose and Scroll Engraving" - as if it were a mantra?
