It sure looks like it could be, or at least one of his pupils. Here is the left lock plate of the S3.
What vintage is your Fabbrizioli (if I read right)? Bear in mind Signore Bregoli unfortunately left us in 1980. Also, here is what Slate posted
about him some time ago: "In written correspondence that I had with Beretta some time
ago they advised me that G. Bregoli was considered by them to be a " Master Engraver "
who for some time was an " Overseer" and " Exectutor " of engraving on the finest of their
guns. I believe that he retired in 1961."
We do appear to have very similar tastes on guns, :-)
