How nice to see another Gordon in the field. Looks like he is on his way to be a good dog. I see that you are using the right type of equipment (sxs gun).
I have been working my 18 month old English setter on pen chukars and pheasants and keep some quail for training purposes also. Listens well, jsut have to work on his stance. He really doesn't look "intense" on point.
More birds better dog.
