Received a Ebay purchase delivery from DHL delivered to my front door in an ice storm. Package was ripped open and contents missing. I saw the guy drop it off and I was busy so I did not go to the front door for over an hour. I filed a claim about three weeks ago. I have not heard anything since. No way someone ripped it open on my front door step so go figure. Can't believe the guy went up the icy stairs in the first place.
