70% Medvedev and the next Prime Minister is Putin according to agreement between them.
By our Constitusion President got a lot of rights and I expect new policy in the nearest future. Medvedev in complitely new man in Russian pocitical structure. He's not commie and he's not KGB officer, he likes rock music btw, he looks like man who knows what real democracy is and I believe hes gonna build 2 parties system in Russia.
Anyway I didn't vote for him, because I don't like this Putin-Medvedev agreement. It smells bad.
