Bill, the screw does look like that.  Does the other end of the tool become a decapper ?  Seems like the decapper "point" might need to be longer. |  |  |

I think you could be right, Daryl.  The first part looks like one I saw in England.  Can't answer as to the second part but that would be logical.  I did not find anything exactly like yours but see this example picture |  |  |

Thanks, Montana, the original wood [missing mostly] looks like it was starting to flare out like one would do to make a handle to push on.  It came with some Dixon items, but also a neat loader by Charles Green of Rochester. |  |  |

Geno, do you mean the tool would be used to both push the wad into the hull and remove the wad, if necessary ? |  |  |

Yeap. This screw is to remove the wad and when whole thing together - to push wad into the hull.
