Try Fisher Scientific or Spectrum Chemical or any other lab chemical supplier. You will need to know what strength you want. It usually comes as a 40% solution but can come in a more dilute solution also. Ferric chloride is also readily available from most open market chemical suppliers such as Brentag and Ashland and others, as it is very commonly used for wastewater treatment and raw water clarification. However, you may not be able to get it in less than 5 gallon quantities.
