My honest original Philly 16 ga. 28 inch with #3 barrels weighs in at 6lb 6oz; wood color looks similar but my 95% case colors don't look anywhere near that 'focused' if the term makes any sense (ie. where the heat was applied with the torch). It just makes me wonder: Is it even possible that a 30 inch with 4 weight barrels could weigh that little? I'm sure you guys that know for real will answer the query. Just another opinion.
