The Galco ones are well made, and if you do not mind velcro they are fine. I use Kick-Killer slip on leather pads. They are all leather also and give you the option of being lace-on. Since I like the looks of the lace-on better than velcro I buy them. They can be removed in about three minutes if need be, add 1/2" to pull, and soak up recoil very well. Very reasonably priced at Cabela's.
