I would love to hear from someone who has had satisfactory 21 trigger work done. I have one that is destined to go to Galazan's soon unless......

my issue is a little different. The gun will run for a while with no problems and then all of a sudden, you take the safety off and pull the trigger and slop. The trigger moves but not full travel. Like it isn't engaged at all. I can open and close the gun and fire again for a peroid. Strange.

Anyone else experience this?

There are many good people who can work on 21s still around. Galazan's, Simmons (did a great job on mine), and Brent Umbereger to name a few. What part of the country are you in, Johnpe? It doesn't seem like a good idea to take your gun back to the people you have been taking it to. But, good luck.

Alfred Gallifant fixed the only 21 I have ever owned with trigger problems. Jaegers in Jenkintown and Lefever Arms had worked on it unsuccessfully. Mr. Gallifant may be reluctant and slow but he will get it done.

Whatever you do, John, get it fixed right! I saw a Model 21 stock pretty much disintegrate as a result of doubling. Not a pretty sight.
