Yes AYA says that a standard 12ga Nº53 should weigh around 3300 grams. I suppose that boring to .740" took 100 grams away plus the same quantity bored from the stock it made the current 3.1 kgs. I forgot mentioning that ejectors work fine and the forend is rather stiff to remove too, but this is so far my only minor complain. In summary it works fine with feral pigeons and makes a very good upland gun al the same time. Next month I will make barrel regulation with it, following advise and training given by Brian Bilinski from Fieldsport Ltd, Travese City, Michigan.
