It has been pretty hit and miss for a few days. I sometimes have to try several times before getting a connection. Other times, I get it right away. Been like that for a week or so.

Roy,
I think that the problem is that they are not sending their IP address to their DNS server. I suspect that they have a dynamic IP address, and their IP sniffer is not working. Our they have a fixed IP and their primary DNS server is screwed up.

What is the numeric IP address that you are using to access the site(e.g. 192.168.1.1)? I know this is a bad example, in that it is a subnet address. But, you get the idea.
