Keep in mind, that though LAC sold to Ithaca prior to WWI, Ithaca continued to sell Lefevers till about 1920. One clue for identifying an Ithaca built/assembled gun is bbls marked LLH. It may well have been (regardless of SN) a post WWI gun & the tubes have been Krupp. They could then have been stamped LLH for the above reasons, or simply by mistake.
