Both very fine looking sidelock guns sir-I have a 20 ga. Ideal-28" barrels my late Uncle bought new in 1936 for quail and dove hunting- I have used it for grouse and woodcock-we will most likely never see any hunt able numbers of quail here in MI-and never get a dove season. The early Smiths- wow what graceful lines were made in Syracuse NY- then later in Fulton NY (mine was made there by Hunter Arms-any changes either mechanically or in function between the early Syracuse and later Fulton mfg. guns? Thanks
