here in Yorba Linda I see quail calling. The grass is still green in the hills and there has been a lot of growth. Some of my favorite mountain bike paths are too over grown to ride.

Fudge, my Pudelpointer and I run through horse trails of Yorba Linda, today we busted 6 pairs of birds. Love may be in the air.


I am looking to hunt the Onyx ranch this year. It's a pay for access land but it reasonable at 100 buck for a day pass. They have permeant water and I have found quail populations to be quite good there.
