There is a repo of a Clabriugh catalog from 1895 or about that time. There is a lot of stuff in that catalog and is a really nice look at what was available then. Priceing then is also on each page.

Regards, Gordon

This time the guys at doublegunshp have outdone themselves. Thanks for all the info. Don't know who asked but it is not the gun on gunbroker. It is a gun that will be in an up coming estate auction. I'll take a look at gunbroker though. I have bought guns on doublegunshop and have been 100% satisified. I find the listings to be honest and the condition to be as represented. Don't know it would be the same on the gunbroker site.

Thanks again and I'll keep checking all the estate auctions and see if I can come up with some more names.

That sign caused me to pay to much for a T. Barker that a guy drove up with. Still an unusual gun though, so I left the sign up.

Ermie,

If you come across any guns produced by one of the Golcher's in your travels, let me know. Not necessarily interested in buying but am interested in learning more.

Post the pictures of the Clabrough when you snag it.

Every Thomas Golcher, Philadelphia, gun I have seen has been a Lindner. The SDH article shows a Thomas Golcher Linder, unengraved. All I have previously seen have been engraved. I have seen one wonderful little 16, the others have been tens. The poster who stated that he has seen a Thomas Golcher with Birmingham proofs did not say whether he thought it was a Birmingham made gun or a Lindner with Birmingham proofs.
