The pre war instructions I have for Darne R models have very specific instructions for hand loading. The loads are lighter, I will have to double check, but, I think the 12 gauge load that is recommended is an ounce, or, just under. Ditto the 16 and 20 gauge loads.

There is no reason for me to doubt the recommended 10 gauge load would also be light. If you wanted a punt gun, they cataloged those. The 10 gauge was once a bird gun.

Congrats on the sale, by the way. I thought, hard, about it.
