Hello, Folks,

I recently acquired a Lindner-made Charles Daly single barrel trap in nice condition. It does have one odd feature, though - a small brass plate inlet into the forearm (please see image below).

Just curious if any of you have come across one like this, or if you have any ideas regarding its purpose.

TIA,

Tom

Thanks, Guys - I actually thought the same thing. Maybe to mark a bring-back?

It looks a bit proud of the wood, readily felt in the hand, could it have to do with helping to anchor the hand in the same position each time?

My problem lies in reconciling my gross habits with my net income.
