Not "fine" guns but much better than average. The M37 is from 1939 (pre-WWII) so it looks more like an M17 Remington, in 16 gauge with the (evidently) rare IC choke on a 26-inch tube. Shockingly-light for it's dimensions. The M12 is a 20-gauge from 1953 (so it has the later, better, revised stock geometry and LOP) w/a 28-inch full choke tube. Both are well-used but clean, original, unmolested, and... ready to go hunting. There is a repaired crack on the head of the stock on the M37. $500 each, plus S & H to your FFL.
