As promised, reporting in on my Inverness, shot a round of sporting clay today after hitting the pattering board. I could not be more happier. POI spot on, with Federal, Remington, and RST. All 7/8 oz loads of 7.5 shot.

Dropped 11 birds, on the SC course, not my best but can't complain, most of my misses were in front of the birds. The gun is pretty nibble and is very easy to over swing the gun.

Now only 6 months till dove season, where I plan on running it through its paces and my go after teal as well.

Stan, was a 100 bird course. After shooting was thinking of the ammo I burned and going out to replace what I shot. LOL! I normally don't shot to much SC. This might be my 6 or 7th time shoot SC. In my younger days I shot a lot of skeet just about every weekend Saturday and Sunday for over 10 years while stationed in Alaska and California.

I sold my Browning special Sporting with adjustable high post rib and replaceable trigger group to a buddy who's boy was getting into trap and skeet shooting It is funny how time passes and finding time to do things is put off that seems like a few months turns out to be several years.

I am gearing up for Turkey season and will be in the springs wood in 33 days in Kentucky, Ohio and lastly NY before heading back to the grind of making a living. Only 2 years 11 months and 14 days till I retire! But who's counting :-)
