Why woud this gun have Greener on the action and Westley Richards on the barrels?

I would think it's a Greener either sleeved or re-barreled by Westley Richards. They did a lot of the former, so that would be my guess. If the proof marks indicated "sleeved", that's your answer.

WR nearly always stamp their sleeved barrels as in this gun. Really annoying for us restorers as it confuses many potential customers.

It may be the way the light catches it but the stock fit looks a bit poor. Lagopus.....
