Is anybody going to the National SxS Festival held near Houston in March? I understand that the fall event is a pretty big deal.

I heard that last year was a bust. They got about 20 shooters. In contrast, The National Classic at Northbrook had over 200 registered shooters. I'm headed to Northbrook in May.

I was hoping this one would get some attention, since it is the only one I might be able to attend. I have not been able to find much information about exhibitors, gunsmiths, etc. who might be attending.

Unfortunately, this lack of success seems to confirm that this part of the country is virtually a cultural wasteland when it comes to doubleguns. (No disrespect is meant to any BBS contributors from the area.)

It may have more to do with the promoter than your area of the country? The Tulsa show always has a good selection of doubles.
