Well that's great! I was coming down this weekend for this shoot. So now where do I shoot sporting clays on Saturday? Will be in Madison Heights.

Bill, Island Lake which is a state rec area off 96 at Kensington (South Lyon) or Multi Lakes in Commerce Twp. I like Multi Lakes, goes through the woods nice targets, Island Lake is more of a competition course, faster and longer birds. Eric

Bill, If I were driving to Madison Heights, I would shoot at Grand Blanc on Saturday, or if I wanted to shoot Friday, I would shoot at Bald Mountain, in Lake Orion.

They are both right off I-75, and as you are heading to the east side, you travel right past 2 really excellent clubs.
Should you be headed north on Sunday, I might suggest Freeland Sportsman's club, which is also right off I-75.
If you go to Bald Mountain, make sure you have your State Park Passport, as it's an expensive ticket. frown
