Before this week, I thought I knew what customer service was. I now know it can be even better!
I called about this DA Twentyweight, asked if they would sell it with a different barrel. The first barrel I asked for didn't fit it, then the salesman, who I feel horrible that I don't remember his name, told me to hold on. He went and got another gun that was in worse shape, except the barrel was pristine for some reason. Again he took down one gun and tried it on this gun and it fit. I asked if they would sell it for the same price (VR barrel vs plain). They did and that was on Monday, it was at my FFL TODAY. Crazy.
Hope I have a chance to deal with them again.
