Yep. Thought it would be nice if the gun and case could be reunited.
My Imperial (14397) was in its original case until 2-3 years before I bought it. It’s out there somewhere.
Through my research I learned that at least three members of the Ames family owned Hussey guns. I have a list of the names of people in the US who ordered Husseys through 1912 and there are several recognizable names. This is a photo of the FL Ames building in Boston:

$1500 for the case? I haven’t been following these, but, that seems a bit over the top for a case that isn’t all that practical.
