Sadly, Steve Fjestad passed away Monday 15 July 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. The information he compiled and published has been a great help to all of us.

Steve was a really nice guy...He will be missed. RIP

I only communicated with Steve over e-mail, but there was zero doubt he was an exceptionally nice and competent person. Sad. RIP.
