Hubert was a Regular Member of the American Custom Gunmaker's Guild, but passed away, 10 or 15 years ago, as I remember.

I think his work was pictured in Gun Digests in the 60's and 70's.

IIRC he also sold (and therefore presumably imported) a neat hinged trap-door buttplate for a recoil pad. Wish I had one today.

Thanks for the replies. RHD45- I did find 6 entries in the Custom Gun section of GDs-'73 thru '90-evidently Amber liked his work.
