This one ain't quite as fancy and Glenn's but it is mine and I rather like it. Someday, if I can afford it, I might have to have Ken scratches added to it. It shoots so well, I'm afraid to take it apart however. 'tis made to fit me and not many other people: btw, Glenn, is that lefty low wall for sale? I have a friend looking for a quality lefty .22 singleshot.

Glenn: The Anthony's rifle looks really nice and shoots good to I see.
Glenn did all the metal work on this rifle, Greg (The Army) Pennell put the very nice handle on the rifle and I scratched up the wood on it. Anthony wasn't about to let me do ribbons and fleurs, a simple point pattern was the choice of the day.
Great little rifle! I hope mine turns out as nice.

You get around. Brent, I thought that checkering looked vaguely familiar. BTW, Glenn's finishing up the metal on a low wall for me also. It's going to get some Ken Hurst scratching on it and I have a nice little piece of Turkish walnut for a handle. The wood isn't gaudy like some Turkish although Glenn says it look like Formica because it matches so well from side to side.

One day, Doug, you are going to have to come on out to Iowa and shoot that rifle! I didn't realize that the .22 was The Anthony's but it makes sense. It looks long and he does shoot backasswards Sweet rifle. Paul needs one like it. Brent

Brent,
I didn't realize you knew The Anthony...but it sounds like you have him pegged (though the round barrel should be a dead giveaway). I thought I recognized the checkering pattern on your low wall...I saw it when Doug was working on it...sure came out nice!
If your friend Paul wants to borrow my pattern stock and have one duplicated, he's most welcome to. Seems like I built that one with about a 14" LOP and 3/8" or so of cast-on...I can pull it out and measure if he'd like.
