Gentlemen, I've a bit of a problem. I have a winchester lo wall with a droopy lever. The two holes drilled into the link apear to be badly worn. In order to correct this problem I am in dire need of a new link. So now we come to the $64,000 question. Where can I get a new link??. Or failing that have someone make one up for me. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. The bbl is marked 25-20 but not the wcf version. its chambered for the 25-20 singleshot version.the bore has seen better days and will get relined to either 25-20 repeater or 32-20. Have had the bits and pieces floating around in my shop for over 40 years and its high time I finally did something. Thanks Frank

Try Wyoming Armory in Cody Wyoming. I don't have the address handy and I have to run out and kill a turkey right now, but you can probably google their number (address is on Yellowstone Ave in Cody). I do not believe they do not have a webpage yet but their number can be googled.

Frank, email me at treeblood1 aht ayowell daht cahm for more.
Your problem IMO is probably not centered in your link, but rather somewhere else. Both types of walls use springs to hold lever tension rather than link-&-screw-fitup, so it's likely that your rifle needs attention elsewhere. Not saying that your link isn't worn, and maybe worn to the point where it needs replacement, just saying that the lever droop may be caused or aggravated by another condition. Either way, it's no problem to fix and I'll be happy to help if I can. Regards, Joe
