Looks to be about BV3-OQ1-CC4 = $$7960. This assumes I'm looking at a best work gun (OQ1) that has been heavily used, but never abuse (CC4). A&N is always BV3.
If it is actually something else, then more information might draw a differing value.

Myself I'd rather have the restored, 2&3/4" reproofed gun with good choking. I'd bet it's a Scott built action. The price of restoration could run about $1500 bucks or more (I don't have fond memories of my dealings with Bland, it appears to be a decent job). If I was interested in it I'd be concerned with bore demensions and wall thickness and if it fit you.
With the makers caee and the restoration I'd say it's worth between $4 and $5000.00.
With the economy like it is...if you got the gun and things didn't work out fit/shooting wise and you had to sell it would be impossible to get your money back at his asking price.

I've looked over a few Thomas Bland & Son muzzleloaders that were excellent in fit and finish as well as weight, a 20 gauge muzzleloader I was going to buy weighed in at slightly over 5lbs. And what balance!!! So what happened with your dealings with Thomas Bland, Joe??

I've bought a number of guns from WLM and always found them to be reasonable to deal with. They are trying to make a profit (all 3 of them!), but normally will take 10-15% below asking price. Is it worth $7000...? Up to you.

My sour dealing had to do with Woodcockhill/Thomas Bland in PA...I got a bad desription on a gun I was buying...then got a "what do expect for $3000" answer.
Needless to say I sent it back for a refund at my expense of course and never bother looking at their website.

Our only clue to the guns age is the 5 hown in one of the picts, which if its a 50,000 series puts it between '06 and '12. Great years for Brit guns. If the case is leather or oak&leather and is contemporary to the gun and has been renovated its worth about $1k. Its sad when someone talks about a maker's case like it really was something the maker made, but if it is a case from that era it has some value, especially if the label is vintage and correct to the guns age. So the gun doesn't have to be worth all the asking price, but as someone else pointed out you probably will never see your money out of it if or when you sell it.

WLM have a good reputation, but they are a lot harder to "deal" with than in the past. I have bought four guns over 8 or so years, all fairly good guns, but in the past year have failed three times to complete a deal with them. That's certainly not to disparage them in any way, just to say they are perhaps more "choosey" about what offer or what trade they might accept than they used to be. Or maybe I am more "choosey" about what I think is good for me. Communication is a problem, at least email communication. It's not good at all. They are all gentlemen on the phone, however, and all know their guns.

You've gotten good counsel here, my take is that it's about a $3500 - $4000 gun. It's a long way from a best gun (wood/metal fit; not stocked to the fences; visible third fastener; light engraving), judging by just the pictures alone. Not mentioned is barrel wall thickness, barrels on face, ribs intact, etc. Original condition in a British gun is not a factor - key is current condition (though the refinishing issue is a question of wear not value).
