The gun appears to be a very well cared for original.
Some remove the forends to prevent theft. I wounder if that was the case here and the forend is still in the home of the dead man from whose home it came from?

One thing for certain is that the seller loves it a great deal.LOL

I saw one at a Shreveport, LA show that had a Parker forend iron and wood on it. I just happened to notice the checkering pattern or it would have passed. I doubt if there were two people who noticed the Parker part.
