Will parker trojan barrels fit a BHE? They are both O frames. Both 20 ga.

Not perfectly. Chances are they will need fitted by a pro. And I'd count on at least a $500 tab to do so. Others will advise differently, but there is NO guarantee that any set will swap dead-on. And if they don't, you'd better get a pro to do the work. A fool does otherwise.

Different (or no) dollshead, completely different fore end fastener. Plus the usual vagarities of swap barrel among Parkers. The practical answer is "No"...

I'm in agreement with 11F and will add that there are no ejectors on a set of Trojan barrels, only an extractor. So, financially speaking it is a no. The biggest obstacle however, is the ejector-type doll's head required for the BHE.

Does your BHE have barrels but you can't use them for some reason?

Do you have a BHE with no barrels at all?

Not at all. The Trojan barrels have just a straight barrel lug or No lug with many of them vs. the dolls head on all other models.

This is a friend of mines gun. It has 13" barrels and it has been made into a pistol. Damn shame. I told him his best option was to sleeve it. Most likely at Brilely. But now he has found this trojan and asked me about a barrel swap as a cheaper alternative.

Briley is your answer unless you want to send it to someone like Westley Richards in England. Even if you could find a set of Parker barrels that could be made to fit you would still have to have the breeches engraved. Still and all the steel name on the rib would not be correct unless they came off a C or B Grade or
higher (probably ACME)As-Is the gun, under BATF rules< is a sawed off shotgun & illegal to own IMHO.

Best Regards, George

My preference would be Kirk Merrington down in Texas. Probably the best barrel man on this side of the pond. Pricey and long wait BUT you get what you pay for and anything worth the price is also worth waiting for.

That would also make it an illegal weapon (sawed-off shotgun below minimum length), which means your friend had better not get caught with it.

Another possibility would be to check with Galazan (CSMC) to see if they have any sets of 20ga Reproduction barrels. They would need fitting also, and B grade engraving, but that might be a way to go. Might even be someone here with a 2-barrel 20ga Repro set that would be willing to part with one set of barrels.
