Afternoon all...searched thru previous posts on this site in regards to importing double guns on a Curio and Relic License and did not find anything previously posted about this subject. My question today is does anyone know if importing into the US on a Curio and Relic license (FFL 03) is allowed by a holder of such a license? Appreciate any and all responses. Jeff

If the gun qualifies as a C&R, you need to file an ATF Form 6 and then have the gun shipped directly to you. Then just enter it in your bound book. The rules are no different for a C&R holder or a person without such a license.
