The "Harrison Special" marked Bakers were mostly Leaders in quality. Some had the Baker buttplate, others did not. They must have made a few of them as I've seen a fair number. I had one that had a metal grip cap. It looked original, the only one I've ever seen on a Baker.
Some had twist barrels, some had fluid steel. I'm not sure what retailer they were made for.

Thanks for the responses. I was wondering if this might have been something like the Durston Special Lefevers, with "Harrison" perhaps being an investor or silent partner in the company. Also, what did the H in W. H. Baker stand for?
