As suggested here I e-mailed Marie on the website given here. After trying to contact Lulu with no sucess I filed a complaint with Pay Pal. After I sent the e-mail to Marie, Pay Pay advised that at the "sellers request" my complaint was being elevated from a complaint to a "claim" and they were investigating it. I am currently awaiting a decision from Pay Pal, but am hoping the book shows up. I not only would like to have the book (otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it), but the money is going to a good cause. If I lose out and don't get a refund I hope Lulu gets the money to Marie as they charged Pay Pal the day I ordered and 4 days before they sent me notice it had been shipped. Lee.
