Certainly, although the firm is no longer owned and controlled by the Powell brothers, Peter Powell was still involved part time.

Everything is available, the men at William Powell are all top- notch. I just inquired about my gun with them and received all of the original shipping information and the date the gun was finished. Slightly, more complicated than most, it was shipped to America via Schoverling and Daly in 1871.

I have sent E-mails to William Powell twice now and I haven't received a reply from them. Are they typically slow in response? The first E-mail I sent to them was on March 29th.

May be they are the same as every one in the UK slow they will only open the mail box once in two weeks. It would be best to call them.

I sent them an email requesting information on a gun two or three years ago and received a reply with the information the next day. That computer died so I don't recall who it was that replied to my email.
