I believe if you click on the third line under the photo, it will say copied. Go to the message box (Quick reply is fine) and simply hit control v (for paste) and the address for the photo will appear. Hit Enter for the next line and do it again for the next photo.
So many guns, so little time!

Re87 has a gun just like that, I think his is a 16 though. Very interesting gun, if I remember right, it has a very "different" ejector set up. Hopefully he'll be along soon to post some pics of his FEG.

Thanks Builder, The last time I tried to see the images they were there. I took the pictures this morning and the water table and the flats are unreadable. This gun is one of a pair that belongs to a friend. It will take me several days to get more pictures. Meanwhile any help with anID would be great. The gun belonged to my friend's grandfather. 1920's gun? Very nicely made good fit and finish, engraving not fancy. David

Here are your pictures. The one of the shield is too blurred to post. I have never seen a lever in that position before. Are those cocking indicators? Where is the safety? Pete

David: I have one in 12Ga. 2 1/2" chambers 30" BBls Choked full & Full, MFG in 1927 Mint over all condition. SER#.3072 Case color receiver, Ejectors. If you remove the rectangle shaped piece found inside the forend, you can convert it to plain extractors. The cross bolt type pin at the top of the receiver is to change the safety from auto to manual. Very interesting well made double. Sorry I don't have too much information on them. Any information you can add would be great.

David and Sarge -
Mine is a side-plated 16, arabesque engraving, str. grip, DT (articulated); 1930's, looks more like a Merkel 50 or 247 than yours and reb87's. But it does appear that all of us have the same ejector/ extractor conversion. I've seen 3 others - post-war, and again different: An o/u here and in England; a 12 SxS in Florida. I don't think any had the drop-ejector mechanism. A collector pal says, -You know the Europeans with their gizmos..& you like the orphans -- when're you gettin' yer French gun ?-
Wish I had some info to share, as well as photos. Sorry, no pics --lost my place this year .. keep forgetting to buy a digital camera.
