Depending on your game, might be nice chokes. I stand by ask $6900 and be happy with $6500.

Some people just don't mind leaving a lot of money on the table. You have a very rare gun. Stay with the 9K figure.
I spoke with a major dealer we all know this morning and he said 9K also. Those Q1/Q2 choked guns are few.

John, I'd have to check my records, but expect I'm ahead of you in the number of Repros I've bought and sold. Never any BHE's, but one A-1 Special 2 barrel set. Can't for the life of me see why anyone would want a BT on a 20ga Repro, unless maybe for clays rather than game. Many people find the 20's--which will run 6 1/2# or sometimes more, even straight/splinter--already overly heavy for 20ga field guns. (I've owned 3 or 4 12ga Repros that are just under 7#. Why bother with a 20 if it's only a matter of a few ounces lighter?) Maybe on a 28, where Repro weights are down where they should be for field guns. As for the DT/ST thing, check gunsinternational or any other listing that shows a number of Repros and you will find several times more SST guns than DT's. The SST problems are usually minor, but I'd rather avoid them all together. Besides, the vast majority of classic American sxs were DT guns, and DT's always have some reliability edge over ST's.

I briefly owned a 20 gauge 28" Repro with double triggers, pistol grip stock choked mod/full. Weight was 6 lb 12 ounces and I moved it on rather quickly because it was choked too tight and it was too heavy to use in the Va mountains chasing grouse. That said, if the right 28 gauge repro comes along with double triggers I'll jump on it with both feet.

It seems to me that any debate over handling qualities, weight, etc. is of no consequence in the price of this gun, since it's unlikely to be shot by the next owner. It just seems like the overwelming value of this gun is based on collectability, i.e. condition, rarity, features, gauge, etc.
Tut, I believe there is one or more smiths routinely converting SST guns to DT.

When I buy guns that are too nice too take hunting they are almost always configured the same as the guns I like to take hunting.
I believe the marketplace sees 28 gauge Parker Reproductions with straight grip, splinter forend, double trigger with 28" barrels as the most desirable configuration.

The problem if you're a grouser/woodcocker is that all of the 28-ga. 28" Repros were choked too tight. The only "remedy" is to open them up, but then you "screw" them up. The alternative is a 26" gun, which makes for a better carry gun anyway.

My Repro, configured as I described, weighs 5lbs 5oz and balances just behind the hinge pin. I don't know how it could carry any better. The gun is a shooter and I take it bob white hunting. I haven't done it but I wouldn't hesitate to open the right choke up if I thought that was what I wanted.

At $5000. the gun would sell in 5 min. At $6k it would sell in 6 min. At $7000. it would sell in 7 hours. At $8000. it would sell in 8 days and at $9000. it might take 9 weeks to sell it. Ive used the internet, there are plenty of people with good money for good guns and they are not afraid to pull the trigger. The question is how fast to you want to move it. That shotgun doesnt need to be sold at closeout pricing.
