Parker A-1 special 16ga. Only 6 made, and this one has some little extras.
Too rich for my blood, but a beauty none the less.

Stock is too short and 3" drop, 2 1/2" chambers, and choked too tight for my taste. I think I'll pass and let you guys have it. grin

16s are too expensive??. This coming from one who shoots a .410. I was in the local Farmers Co-op store just this week & they had a whole shelf of 16ga shells a lot cheaper than them little pipsqueaks. Any one who can afford "That Parker" ain't worrying about the price of the shells.

I guess the wall thickness is not an issue.020 on peerless barrels.

Got all excited about till I saw that it only has a single trigger, so I'll have to pass.

On a #1 frame??? Oh, I say, chaps, why not on a #0000? Otherwise, I suppose I could drum up some interest.

That would be while we are pickin' nits, of course. ;-)

Dang, I would get it but my Winchester 21 16 ga. would be so heartbroken it would probably just turn to rust and the stock crack in several places.....
I'll just pass it off to "Parker Man" Joe Wood, but since it doesn't have damascus barrels, he probably wouldn't take it if it was free.
