I just read an interesting article in the Feb., 1950 issue of the American Rifleman by Phil Sharpe regarding barrel length and velocity loss. The rat didn't publish the results of the test until the March, 1950 issue which naturally I don't have. Anybody have a copy and feel like going to the trouble of either posting it or sending me a Xerox copy?
