Do Parker Reproductions have a manual or auto safety and is the SST inertial or mechinical? Also, if a 20 Ga. is fitted with a .410 Briley fitted full length tube, will the SST need to be adjusted to operate properly with the .410? Thanks in advance for your help.

Auto safe; mechanical. Shouldn't think there would be any problem with 410 tubes.

Thanks for the info. Would disabling the auto safety on a Parker Repro and making it a manual safety be a relatively simple job for a competent gunsmith?

I have not worked on a reproduction but if it is the same as an original gun, it requires removing the stock. The auto safety actuating rod can then be removed. You should have some one familiar with Parkers guns do it. Jim A
