Eightbore, do you attend the show? If so I would like to meet you there.

I will have a display in the show ring, it's Swiss M1882 revolvers but a couple years ago I had Sedgley sporters. Anyone else on the forum who might want to talk about '03 sporters or Michael P, stop by my display. Dan

I remember the Sedgely display. I may have a Sedgely '03 on my table for sale. We also have a display table, but the theme is a secret until Friday. Double gun guys will like it.

I hope to be there--a bit of a trek from Oklahoma but I may need to be east.

Our display is "The Super Fox". We have several guns and educational display cards. Guns include "Marse Henry's" lightweight HE, a Bo Whoop clone, and a wonderful 20 gauge HE, and others.

DanLH and Eightbore:
Great displays, both of them. I wish I'd known you were DoublegunshopBBS members when I was there today.
Quite the show - best one I've been to in years. Saw far too many lovely things to count or remember.

Dan dropped by the tables again today and showed me pictures of his Springfield '03 Custom Sporter displays at various shows, as well as his Sedgely display pictures from last year's Baltimore Show. He didn't buy my great 03 Sedgely, claiming he had too many already. We talked some about MP and the fate of his (and our) research material and how to get it into the hands of someone who will protect it. I guess I will have to return to the Winter Vegas shows to see old custom rifles. They weren't at Baltimore. Mark Benenson was missing for one of the first times. Oh, well. "Rest in peace" to both. Bill Murphy, at home 49 miles from the Baltimore Show.

Bill, To clarify my statement about having too many Sedgleys, I meant too many 30-06 standard models, I am still interested in other calibers and models. I forgot to ask for your email address so I can send you a photo of the Oberlies '03 bolt I told you about.
