For several years I owned an Ithaca pigeon gun which I had completely restored as it was it pitiful condition when I got it. The gun did have a safety, Krupp barrels and was roll stamped "pigeon gun" on one barrel.
I am no Ithaca expert, but it just looked like a grade 2 Lewis Ithaca to me.

I have a No.2 Krupp pigeon gun, as described, #80208. I may have pictures, or can just take new ones, but I have to go now. It is hard to find time to go to work in hunting season....

Guys, there is no mystery here. The grade 2 gun with Krupp Steel barrels was cataloged as a pigeon grade and cost $10 more than the Grade 2 with Damascus barrels. Barrels were not engraved Pigeon Grade after the Lewis era but were still offered through 1915 ish as Researcher posted.
