Ken, thanks. That's a great offer. The hulls are Cheddites from what I understand. Gil

I bought a case of each when they first came out and they work great. I've been reloading the ones I've fired in my one 2.75" gun and cut them to 2.5" for the rest of my 16's.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Anyone know what kind of pressures these produce? I assume they are 2 3/4" and not the 2 9/16" better suited for most vintage 16's.

2 3/4-inch. Not sure about pressures, but they are a bit warmer than the RST 2 1/2-inch stuff. I shot both in my 100-year old English 16 this Fall and the Herter's isn't going to be a steady diet for it. They work just fine in most of my American stuff (the exception being a 1920 M12 in 16).

I wouldn't think they would be anywhere close in pressure to the low pressure rst or polywads. Gil

At less than half the price of a box of RSTs, they make for a nice option on lots of guns, but not my 5lbs14 Brit 16.

Thanks, Ken for the heads up!
FWIW - I find that the Cheddite hulls reload much, much better than the black Remington 16ga. hulls.
I've been cutting down and reloading the blue Rios, which are Cheddites, for a couple of years and am really impressed with how well they hold up. Plus, I don't have to fight my shooting buddies for the AAs. :-)

Thanks for the tip.
Two flats enroute.
I'm a sucker for free shipping.
The shells, according to Cabela's, are loaded in Italy.
Italy is a CIP member state, so they should be similar to my favorite Fiocchi GT loads which are now over 10 bucks a box.
You don't suppose... they are actually Fiocchi do you? Naw...
