Good day, the subject pretty well sums it up. I have what appears to be an '03 front base, or '03 style anyway. The blade sports a white bead which I like but it is too tall. Also picked up a handful of banded front sight bases missing blades which will end up on a couple of projects.

Does anyone still make such an animal? Would prefer white or gold bead or sourdough style.

If Marbles is still in business check them out. Might check the Brownell's catalog as well. Hope this helps. Frank

Thank you Frank. I have scoured both on line and even did the chat thang with a Brownell's rep. Turned up dry so far. I have a small number on the way as the result of a couple kind members here. I may experiment making some which would open up my choices immensely.
