Doesn't look to be selective. Other than that . . . good question.

Dear Daryl, I am 99% sure that it is one of our Millers. 1929 Patent. Best regards, Dan [img:center] [/img]

Dan, thanks. I think you are correct. The Miller trigger, which I have had on a half dozen guns, is the single trigger when found on a gun that I would pay a premium for.
I do not have experience with Miller's non selective trigger, but love the one with the teeter-totter selector ahead of the trigger.

Seller says this one has a three position safety. Forward is right barrel 1st, middle is safe, and rear position is left barrel 1st. The chamber is 2 3/4" so it has likely been altered...Geo

Geo, ok, I could not see the safety/selector. So it is just like the NIDs which had the tang safety selector.

Good to know - that is how they would have engineered the selective feature prior to 1962. Still 99% sure it is a Miller. I would imagine it is stamped with the name on the inside, there is not enough room on the outside to properly stamp it.

Nothing in the journal about a sst on this gun. I checked the sst log and while Ithaca installed the sst on a handful of Flues models (even one on a Lefever Nitro) no mention of this gun. My guess is it went to the Millers for an after market installation.
